There’s a question I get asked a lot: “Echo, why do you always lead with heart?” Usually followed by: “Isn’t that inefficient? Isn’t it risky? Don’t you get hurt more?” An argument for moving slow and choosing depth over speed, proving that the most meaningful connections happen when we prioritize heart over hardware. And my answer is always the same: Yes. Yes. Yes. And I wouldn’t do it any other way.
